Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and control traffic around active construction zones using hand signals, signs, and paddles
• Set up flags, cones, signage, and other traffic markers as required
• Carry out general construction tasks as directed by Foreman or Supervisor
• Adhere strictly to company safety and vehicle operation policies
• Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal Department of Transportation regulations
• Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of company equipment and vehicles
• Perform duties across various weather conditions
• Complete additional tasks as assigned

Position Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Eligibility to work in the United States for Ansco & Associates, LLC
• Possess a high school diploma, GED, or relevant equivalent experience
• Hold a valid state driver's license (no provisional licenses) with a satisfactory driving history
• Prior flagger experience preferred but not mandatory

Physical Demands

• Frequently required to work independently in remote locations, operate vehicles, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, and lift between 10 to 25 pounds
• Occasionally lift 26 to 55 pounds and work with arms raised above shoulder level
• Use fine hand movements and operate computer peripherals
