Overview
Join Ansco & Associates, LLC as a Flagger and play a critical role in ensuring safe passage for vehicles and pedestrians in areas where construction work is ongoing. This position requires managing traffic flow through flagging and control measures.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and control traffic around active construction zones using hand signals, signs, and paddles
- Set up flags, cones, signage, and other traffic markers as required
- Carry out general construction tasks as directed by Foreman or Supervisor
- Adhere strictly to company safety and vehicle operation policies
- Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal Department of Transportation regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of company equipment and vehicles
- Perform duties across various weather conditions
- Complete additional tasks as assigned
Position Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Eligibility to work in the United States for Ansco & Associates, LLC
- Possess a high school diploma, GED, or relevant equivalent experience
- Hold a valid state driver's license (no provisional licenses) with a satisfactory driving history
- Prior flagger experience preferred but not mandatory
Physical Demands
- Frequently required to work independently in remote locations, operate vehicles, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, and lift between 10 to 25 pounds
- Occasionally lift 26 to 55 pounds and work with arms raised above shoulder level
- Use fine hand movements and operate computer peripherals
