Job Responsibilities
- Lead the entire bulk hiring process specifically for delivery partners and riders in blue-collar roles.
- Be prepared to perform on-ground activities as needed.
- Conduct site visits, arrange walk-in recruitment drives, and participate in community outreach to attract candidates.
- Source candidates through local networks, social media platforms, referrals, and other offline channels.
- Handle candidate interview scheduling, manage relevant documentation, and facilitate the onboarding process.
- Keep accurate hiring records and update recruitment dashboards regularly.
