Job description
Role Overview
Crown Technologies is looking for Field Desktop Support Engineers to be based onsite at school campuses, specifically in Bangalore, Yelahanka, and Guntur. This full-time position focuses on hands-on technical support for a variety of hardware and network equipment used within school environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain hardware and networking devices including laptops, CPUs, monitors, CCTV systems, Interactive Flat Panel Displays, printers, and projectors located at school campuses.
- Provide consistent daily technical support, including troubleshooting issues related to desktops, laptops, and other attached equipment.
- Ensure all IT infrastructure components are functioning correctly and receive regular maintenance.
- Contribute to school cultural events and activities as required.
- Offer assistance with tasks involving animation, video design, and graphic design projects when needed.
Candidate Requirements
- At least one year of practical experience working with hardware and networking equipment such as desktops, laptops, CPUs, and CCTV systems.
- Prior or current hands-on experience in hardware and network support is essential.
- Applicants with a strong background in hardware and networking are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with animation, video production, and graphic design is considered an advantage but not mandatory.
- Must be willing to work onsite at school locations.
