Job description
Role Summary and Key Duties
In this role, you will be responsible for verifying bills and resolving any discrepancies by auditing logistics, insurance, and related invoices. Your efforts will ensure quick resolution of exceptions, boosting receivables collection and enhancing client satisfaction while minimizing risk of bad debts.
You will analyze existing settlement processes to identify bottlenecks and recommend system enhancements. This includes designing automated solutions to reduce manual work, improve accuracy, and support scalable business expansion.
Risk management and compliance oversight are critical aspects where you will monitor contracts, settlement paperwork, and cash flow to identify and mitigate compliance risks, ensuring full adherence to financial policies and regulatory requirements to maintain corporate integrity.
The position involves collaborating across departments such as business and technical teams to address settlement challenges. You will also provide financial training and deliver data-driven insights to promote system use and improve operational performance.
Generating regular analytical reports on settlements using data modeling to reveal risks and business opportunities will be expected. These insights will support management in strategic decision-making and achieving business objectives.
Finally, you will oversee accounts receivable aging and collection progress, employing proactive methods to maximize recovery. You will analyze the underlying causes of bad debts and enhance processes to safeguard liquidity and financial health.
