Key Duties

• Initiate outbound calls to potential clients.
• Effectively communicate the company's digital marketing services to spark interest.
• Arrange and verify meetings for the business development team.
• Maintain diligent follow-up with leads and document call details accurately.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure meeting adherence.
• Professionally address basic client inquiries via telephone.

Candidate Profile

• Strong verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi are essential.
• Demonstrates a courteous and confident telephone demeanor, adaptable to handling high volumes of calls daily.
• Possesses fundamental computer skills, including Excel, WhatsApp, and email usage.
• Experience in calling, telesales, or BPO up to one year preferred; freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing or web development is advantageous but not required.
• Graduates or current students pursuing a graduation degree are preferred.
