- Construct base layers using AP20 aggregates and install edging materials.
- Manage drainage systems as part of site preparation.
- Accurately cut, shape, and join turf and related materials.
- Apply high standards of finishing that clients recognize immediately.
- Perform additional landscaping tasks to enhance overall project appearance.
- Assist the Installation Manager in various operational duties.

Project scopes vary widely, including upscale residential backyards, educational institutions like schools and preschools, gyms, sports courts, golf putting greens, and driving ranges. Each job presents unique challenges with visually rewarding transformations.
Candidate Attributes

Backgrounds That Suit This Role
Successful team members often come from diverse trades such as landscaping, automotive, flooring, engineering, or even enter directly from school. Common traits include pride in their work, practical intelligence, interpersonal skills, and affinity for dynamic, sometimes noisy activities.
Benefits
- Competitive salary package.
- Collaborative and motivated team environment.
- Exposure to a variety of projects across New Zealand.
- Engaging outdoor physical work.
- Occasional assignments requiring travel.
- Provision of high-quality tools and equipment (including preferred brands like Milwaukee).
- Opportunity to join a fast-growing company committed to excellence in quality and customer satisfaction.
