AI Builder - Software and AI Engineering Expert

As an AI Builder, you will actively contribute to this transformation by developing AI-driven solutions that move from concept to impactful daily use in teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute AI use cases end-to-end by collaborating with use-case owners to scope projects, build prototypes, perform thorough evaluations, and deploy solutions to production (50%).
• Enhance existing AI services by extending AI Architect-established patterns and frameworks (15%).
• Empower colleagues through knowledge sharing in pair programming sessions, demonstrations, and show-and-tells to enable autonomous AI development (15%).
• Create reusable blueprints and detailed documentation to support other teams building on existing solutions (10%).
• Monitor adoption and impact of AI use cases in everyday operations to inform decision-making (10%).

Candidate Profile

• At least three years of experience in software or AI engineering, gained in teams, freelance work, or personal projects.
• Demonstrable experience building and deploying production-ready LLM agents, repositories, or demos.
• Proficiency with agentic coding tools such as Claude Code.
• Familiarity with agentic patterns and frameworks.
• An evaluation-driven approach: developing test harnesses, analyzing error patterns, and iterating based on real-world usage.
• Ability to demo use cases, explain them clearly, and collaborate in scoping exercises with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluency in German and English at a professional negotiation level.
