Adobe Workfront Specialist

About the Role

Tata Consultancy Services is actively seeking a skilled Adobe Workfront expert with 6 to 10 years of experience to join their team in Hyderabad. This position involves hands-on implementation and administration of Adobe Workfront and Fusion platforms to support enterprise-wide marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level knowledge and oversight on all aspects of Adobe Workfront and Fusion platforms.
• Design and implement complex solutions based on collaborative requirements, presenting clear and accessible layouts for both business leaders and non-technical marketing staff.
• Define and map intricate data solution requirements to optimize platform use.
• Act as the enterprise system administrator for Workfront and Fusion, driving platform governance and performance.
• Roll out Workfront and Fusion processes at the enterprise level and collaborate across marketing teams to promote widespread adoption.
• Manage and maintain a release schedule for new platform functionalities and process modifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy Workfront solutions for extensive projects, integrating Fusion with data platforms, analytics, experience platforms, creative and production services.
• Assist in new business opportunity qualification to ensure focus on strategic prospects.
• Oversee acceptance testing phases and manage resolution of any issues encountered.

Candidate Requirements

• 6 to 10 years of experience specializing in Adobe Workfront and Fusion platform implementation and administration.
• Proven ability to develop clear, business-oriented documentation and process maps.
• Strong experience managing enterprise-wide marketing technology solutions.
• Experience in coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams and managing project deployment cycles.
• Capability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues effectively during testing and deployment.
