About the Internship
This HR internship with Reducate.ai offers a chance to develop vital skills including effective communication, proficiency in MS Office tools like Word and Excel, and strong command of spoken and written English. Engage with a dedicated team in a work-from-home setting while gaining hands-on experience in various human resource functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment cycle by screening resumes and coordinating interview schedules.
- Provide support during employee onboarding procedures and organize orientation activities.
- Maintain accurate employee records and update HR information systems regularly.
- Facilitate the planning and execution of training and professional development programs.
- Participate in employee engagement efforts, including conducting surveys and initiatives.
- Help draft and refine HR policies, guidelines, and manuals.
- Collaborate closely with the HR team on ongoing projects aimed at enhancing HR operations.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be available to work remotely.
- Internship start time should be between September 5, 2026, and October 10, 2026.

Stipend and Benefits
- Monthly stipend of INR 2,000.
- On successful conversion to a permanent role, salary may range from INR 600,000 to 1,200,000 annually.
