Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research through both online and offline channels to find potential customers.
- Initiate contact with prospects via phone calls, emails, and social media platforms.
- Clearly communicate the advantages and features of the company's products or services to new leads.
- Contribute to running marketing promotional campaigns aimed at attracting new customers.
- Monitor responses and organize records of all customer communications.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with interested parties to successfully convert them into customers.
- Assist in creating and delivering presentations or demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Work closely with the marketing team to generate qualified lead lists.
- Gather feedback from recently acquired customers to improve service quality.
- Help develop straightforward offers or referral programs designed to encourage more sign-ups.
- Keep an eye on competitor strategies and recommend enhancements to current practices.
- Manage customer acquisition data using Excel or CRM software tools efficiently.
- Participate actively in team meetings to strategize customer acquisition approaches.
- Propose innovative ideas to reach new, previously untapped customer segments.
- Maintain professionalism and ensure timely interaction with all potential clients.
