Job Overview
Join Abhilekha Information, a leading manufacturing company based in Hyderabad, India, as a VMC Operator. This role involves programming and operating CNC machines, particularly Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) and Horizontal Machining Centers (HMC), to perform precise milling tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and input G-code programs to run CNC machines including VMC and HMC units.
- Set up milling machines accurately for diverse machining operations ensuring optimal performance.
- Carry out quality inspections on completed components to verify dimensional accuracy and finish standards.
- Identify and resolve equipment issues promptly and conduct routine preventive maintenance to reduce operational downtime.
- Work closely with colleagues to enhance production workflows and increase overall efficiency.
Qualifications and Eligibility
- Diploma in any relevant specialization, or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) / Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in any field.
Minimum education
Diploma / ITI / Vocational
