Role Overview

We are seeking a Technology Solution Architect to take full ownership of both designing and implementing technology solutions, working hands-on alongside the team rather than solely providing designs. This role demands involvement from initial concept through to deployment and ongoing improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect complete technology solutions by defining system architecture, standards, and reusable frameworks.
• Select appropriate technology stacks considering client needs, scalability, and maintainability.
• Engage directly in coding as part of the delivery team, not limited to design or review tasks.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle from discovery through deployment by translating requirements into technical specifications and delivery plans.
• Collaborate closely with clients to gain firsthand understanding of workflows rather than working remotely.
• Provide guidance to development teams through code and design reviews, ensuring adherence to security and governance policies.
• Incorporate large language models (LLMs), applied AI, and agentic capabilities into solution designs where applicable, keeping up-to-date with emerging tools.
• Partner with client stakeholders to identify opportunities and support pre-sales activities through solution design and proposal development.
• Continuously strive for innovation and improvement in the solutions delivered.

Qualifications

• Proven technical expertise enabling both architecture design and hands-on solution building.
• Experience independently managing architecture decisions and leading delivery alongside a development team.
• Strong knowledge of software and system design concepts.
• Effective communication skills capable of bridging technical and business audiences.
• Experience in technically leading developers with a collaborative leadership approach and eagerness to learn.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with multiple technology stacks and programming languages.
• Experience or exposure to AI, machine learning, or automation technologies.
• Background in consulting or direct client-facing delivery roles.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Mentorship experience with junior engineers.
