Role Overview

We are expanding rapidly and seek skilled and driven software engineers based in Pune. You will be responsible for creating, enhancing, and managing a distributed network of marketplaces and applications. We value an entrepreneurial mindset and candidates with experience from established organizations. This role involves hands-on technical development focused on building maintainable, robust, and well-tested software, including mission-critical services and scalable APIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to advancing the platform's integration ecosystem as it grows to support broader use cases and extensibility.
• Architect and develop systems capable of handling high transaction volumes reliably.
• Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant systems to reduce customer impact during failures.
• Participate in transitioning the platform toward a service-oriented architecture.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product management, design, and sales.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience delivering full-cycle solutions from inception to deployment.
• Commitment to creating production-quality code and maintaining it post-deployment.
• Willingness to refactor existing code and learn new technologies.
• Experience with code reviews and contributing to technical design discussions.
• Minimum of 2 years Java development experience.
• Strong understanding of open source frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and working with web service technologies.
• Proficient in SQL, including understanding joins, keys, and query optimization.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
