Role Overview
Join a dynamic team as a Shift Manager at a locally owned McDonald's franchise in Tylertown, MS. This position plays a key role in running restaurant operations smoothly by leading shifts, ensuring high standards in customer service, food quality, and staff management, all while fostering an engaging and efficient work atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead essential daily functions including employee training, food safety compliance, and inventory control.
- Assign and oversee tasks to team members while monitoring and reporting performance results.
- Support the General Manager in achieving targets related to kitchen quality, staff management, and guest service excellence.
- Hire, train, and schedule restaurant employees to meet sales and profitability objectives.
- Promote outstanding customer experiences by maintaining service standards and organizing critical restaurant service areas.
- Collaborate with the team to uphold safety, security, and operational efficiency.
