Job Overview
The Shift Manager role involves leading shifts consistently to ensure customers experience fast, precise, and friendly service. The position demands overseeing Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards while guiding crew members and other managers. Shift Managers handle various operational tasks such as shift planning, tracking team performance, implementing corrective actions to meet standards, maintaining safety and security, and coordinating with subsequent shift leaders to guarantee smooth handoffs.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring food safety compliance throughout each shift
- Facilitating effective internal communication among team members
- Managing inventory efficiently to meet operational needs
- Maintaining daily cleanliness and facility upkeep

Qualifications
