Role Overview

As a Shift Engineer at Shebara Resort, your essential duty will be to maintain and ensure the efficient and safe operation of all hotel facilities, including plants, equipment, air-conditioning, and various systems. You will uphold the highest professional standards in all engineering and maintenance activities, prioritizing guest comfort and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement daily work schedules, manage planned maintenance, and respond promptly to guest requests and emergencies.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to improve operational performance.
• Carry out inspections and upkeep of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems such as air conditioning, water supply, and fire safety systems, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Maintain effective communication with hotel departments to guarantee that their equipment operates correctly and smoothly.
• Coordinate with external contractors and assist during inspections as directed by senior engineering management.
• Perform other duties as necessary to maintain uninterrupted hotel operations.
