About the Role
Join Yantromitra Learning Technologies as a Session Facilitator based at RTBI, Peenya, Bangalore. This role involves delivering engaging educational sessions and activities at client schools within a 10 km radius.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and rehearse teaching session materials ahead of time.
- Lead sessions and facilitate activities effectively at assigned schools.
- Manage distribution and collection of educational resources responsibly.
- Maintain a professional demeanor representing Yantromitra Learning Technologies.
- Demonstrate punctuality and contribute positively as a cooperative team member.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹23,000, including a fixed portion of ₹15,000–₹20,000 plus incentives up to ₹3,000.
- Travel allowance, petrol support, health insurance, annual bonuses, meals, and flexible working hours.
- Special benefit: Access to office transportation for commuting to work.
