Role Overview
As a Senior Planning Assistant, you will specialize in managing and controlling inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to maintain set stock targets. You will coordinate the flow of products, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and inventory tracking, potentially leading a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage job scheduling activities to align production timelines and inventory needs.
- Oversee control of raw materials to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Ensure On-Time In-Full (OTIF) delivery standards are met.
- Handle internal coordination and engage with stakeholders effectively.
- Process raw material requisitions and demands thoughtfully.
- Plan raw material requirements and demand forecasting accurately.
- Prepare internal Management Information System (MIS) reports to support operational decisions.
