About Anglicare Southern Queensland and Role Overview
Anglicare Southern Queensland's Home and Community teams are dedicated to supporting clients in maintaining their independence and enjoying a healthy, fulfilling life within their own homes. These services include lifestyle assistance, transportation, social support, as well as clinical support through nursing and allied health services, playing a crucial role in the community.
We are offering a permanent full-time position for a Scheduling Officer based at our Robina office. This role requires applying your relevant experience to coordinate staff schedules effectively, ensuring continued excellent client outcomes within the community.
The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, totaling 76 hours each fortnight. The hourly pay rate ranges from $33.48 to $34.63 depending on your experience level.
Primary Responsibilities and Requirements
- Use electronic data management systems for scheduling tasks.
- Independently manage workload, prioritizing and adapting within a dynamic and busy environment.
- Deliver outstanding customer service consistently.
- Competently utilize the Microsoft Office suite, proficient particularly with Word, Excel, and alpha-numeric data entry.
- Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills, effectively engaging with diverse age groups, cultural backgrounds, and socio-economic sectors.
- Maintain a friendly, adaptable demeanor focused on customer service excellence.
- Commit to precise, error-free administrative work with keen attention to detail, even during routine tasks.
- Apply analytical thinking and problem-solving to make prompt, professional decisions within the role's scope.
- Show initiative and effectively self-monitor workload to meet deadlines and management expectations.
- Hold a current Driver’s Licence and provide a National Police Clearance.
