Role Overview

We seek a highly motivated Platform Engineer experienced in fostering DevOps cultures within technical teams. You'll be entrusted with enhancing the developer experience by crafting innovative solutions that empower our engineering teams to deliver products efficiently, securely, and to high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain high-quality infrastructure-as-code templates and modules to empower engineers in their projects.
• Implement and manage secure AWS multi-account core infrastructure following best security practices.
• Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines to enable engineers to deploy software early and frequently.
• Design and build a developer portal providing an engineering service catalog alongside various DevOps utilities.
• Support observability by contributing to best practices and delivering SLI/SLO metric reporting to balance velocity with reliability.
• Develop internal and open-source projects aimed at enriching the developer experience.

Candidate Profile

• Strong hands-on knowledge of AWS services including ECS, EC2, Lambda, VPC, IAM, Route53, CloudFront, S3, and RDS.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools; familiarity with OpenTelemetry, AWS CloudWatch, and SigNoz is advantageous.
• Basic Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) understanding with experience in alerting and incident management (e.g., PagerDuty, incident.io).
• Demonstrated capability in designing robust, scalable CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficient with Linux, Git, Docker, and scripting in Python, Bash, or Go, with fluency in at least one modern programming language.
• Expertise in defining Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Comfortable working in Agile development environments.
• Strong eagerness for continuous learning and self-improvement.
• Passionate about developer experience with a genuine interest in platform engineering.
• Previous fintech experience is a plus but not mandatory.
