Our client, a longstanding entity in the manufacturing sector, is in search of an experienced Payroll Operations Executive to strengthen their Dublin-based team. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee weekly and monthly payroll functions ensuring all timelines are met effectively.
  • Analyze and verify employee salary details, variable compensations, and deductions for accuracy.
  • Conduct thorough payroll reconciliations and rectify any discrepancies discovered.
  • Manage pension schemes, statutory deductions, and payroll-related payments accurately.
  • Generate detailed payroll reports and assist with the payment processing cycle.
  • Address and resolve queries related to payroll from employees promptly.
  • Maintain comprehensive and precise employee payroll records.
  • Support payroll compliance, controls, and audit procedures diligently.
  • Collaborate closely with Finance and HR departments to ensure smooth payroll operations.
  • Contribute to payroll system enhancements and process optimizations.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience as a payroll professional with solid expertise in Irish payroll management.
  • Experience handling UK payroll processes is required.
  • Possession of an IPASS, CIPP, or a comparable payroll certification is essential.
  • Familiarity with managing weekly and/or monthly payroll cycles.
  • Proficient in payroll reconciliation, pension administration, and handling statutory deductions.
  • Comfortable using payroll software and managing extensive employee data.
  • Strong attention to detail paired with excellent communication skills.
  • Exposure to European payroll systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
