About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Packaged or SaaS Application Engineer responsible for configuring and supporting packaged and cloud-based applications. The role focuses on customizing features to meet dynamic business requirements, managing software releases, and ensuring system stability and optimal performance. Utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms, the engineer will deliver solutions aligned with organizational objectives while maintaining system compatibility and performance across various environments. Collaboration with diverse teams to resolve challenges and optimize application function is a critical part of daily responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert while leading and guiding the team to achieve project goals.
- Own team decision-making and drive outcomes effectively.
- Collaborate extensively with multiple teams and influence critical project decisions.
- Provide problem-solving solutions across immediate and extended teams.
- Lead initiatives to identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and quality within the team.
- Promote knowledge sharing and mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements ensuring application configurations meet business needs.
Technical Skills and Qualifications
- Must have expertise and at least 8 years of experience with Microsoft Purview.
- Proficiency in configuring and managing packaged or SaaS applications using APIs and low-code platforms.
- Deep understanding of application lifecycle management including release management and monitoring system stability.
- Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve complex application issues in a multi-team environment.
- Experience with integration methods to maintain compatibility and performance across diverse systems.
- Possess at least 15 years of full-time education.
