Operations Supervisor - Delivery

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Operations Supervisor to lead and oversee daily delivery functions. The role focuses on enhancing operational efficiency, maintaining exemplary service levels, and fostering continuous progress in delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of delivery drivers, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) including orders per shift, timely deliveries, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Manage driver performance through coaching, implementation of improvement strategies, and acknowledging high achievers.
• Organize and allocate driver shifts guaranteeing comprehensive route coverage and efficient transitions.
• Collaborate with the dispatch team to maximize driver deployment and operational productivity.
• Address operational concerns, provide guidance, and handle escalations promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and brand guidelines.
• Compile performance reports and work closely with internal departments to uplift service quality.

Candidate Requirements

• At least three years of experience in delivery operations or supervisory positions related to logistics.
• Demonstrable skill in monitoring KPIs and driving efficiency within operational workflows.
• Strong leadership, team coordination, and management capabilities.
• Competency in using delivery management software and operational tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Possession of a valid driver's license is mandatory.
