Instructional Designer

Role Overview

We are seeking an Instructional Designer responsible for creating impactful learning experiences that effectively change learner behavior. This position combines expertise in learning science with practical course production, transforming subject matter knowledge into engaging educational programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop e-learning modules, instructor-led sessions, and blended training programs.
• Perform needs analysis and establish clear, measurable learning objectives.
• Create storyboards, write content, and develop courses using authoring software.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to organize and capture their knowledge effectively.
• Conduct pilot runs, gather participant feedback, and refine learning materials accordingly.
• Manage LMS data integrity and oversee learning analytics processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in instructional design or learning experience development.
• Proficient use of authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Adobe Captivate.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design frameworks like ADDIE and SAM.
• Experience working with LMS platforms including Cornerstone, Docebo, or LearnUpon.
• Exceptional written communication skills paired with good visual design awareness.
• A portfolio showcasing previously designed learning experiences is required.
