Job description
Overview
We are seeking an experienced IFS Cloud Technical Developer with over three years of hands-on experience in IFS Cloud environments, particularly focusing on EAM and ERP modules. This is a remote full-time position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Immediate to 15 days notice period is required.
Responsibilities and Experience
- Deliver technical development and configuration in IFS Cloud ERP, EAM, and Manufacturing modules including Production, Shop Orders, Work Centers, BOMs, Routings, and Manufacturing Execution.
- Execute at least two comprehensive full life cycle implementations of IFS Cloud projects.
- Manage core Enterprise Asset Management processes such as preventive maintenance programs, work orders, resources, failure codes, and materials.
- Utilize Projections/REST APIs, IFS Connect, security and permission sets, and data migration tools effectively.
- Develop strong troubleshooting skills using PLSQL (Oracle) and reporting functionalities.
- Understand workflows related to discrete and process manufacturing and their integration within IFS Cloud Manufacturing modules.
- Work with integration between Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and IFS Cloud to handle production order management, quality control, and shop floor reporting.
- Apply knowledge of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and key production performance indicators to support shop floor performance tracking.
Technical Skills
- Implementation and configuration expertise in IFS Cloud ERP, EAM, and Manufacturing modules.
- Strong familiarity with RESTful APIs and IFS Connect for system integration.
- Proficient in Oracle PLSQL for data troubleshooting and report creation.
- A sound understanding of manufacturing workflows—both discrete and process—and their linkages with IFS applications.
- Experience with data migration techniques and security configuration.
Certifications
- Required: IFS Certified Practitioner Technical Consultant.
- Preferred: IFS Functional Certified Practitioner in areas such as Financials, Human Capital Management, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Projects.
- Additional recommended certifications include IFS Certified Practitioner Integration Developer and IFS Practitioner Consultant in Asset Management within IFS Cloud.
