Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic HR professional experienced in banking and NBFC sectors to handle bulk recruitment and employee management. This role involves managing high-volume hiring for loan officers, telesales agents, and credit verification executives, ensuring compliance with financial industry standards.

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct large-scale recruitment processes for roles such as sales executives, telecallers, and loan processors.
• Implement rapid onboarding processes to accommodate the high turnover typical in the financial services environment.
• Oversee mandatory background verifications including financial checks, criminal record verification, and reference validations.
• Collaborate with team leads to monitor daily sales goals and the administration of incentive programs.
• Manage employee relations by addressing concerns related to commission payments and performance-related stress.
• Maintain accurate attendance records and incentive data to facilitate smooth payroll operations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Between one to two years of HR experience within Banking, NBFC, Loan Agencies, or Fintech organizations.
• Demonstrated capability to manage large-scale hiring, particularly for sales roles.
• Familiarity with loan products such as Personal Loans, Home Loans, and Business Loans.
• Proficient in using job portals, basic HRMS platforms, and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent emotional strength, negotiation skills, and the ability to perform under pressure with target-driven environments.
