Key Responsibilities

• Manage the cleanliness and upkeep of guest rooms and communal spaces within the hotel.
• Respond promptly and effectively to guest inquiries and service requests.
• Ensure supply carts are stocked and ready for daily activities.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company procedures to provide a secure workplace.
• Maintain professional appearance and communications consistent with company standards.
• Perform physical tasks including standing, walking for extended periods, lifting or moving items up to 50 pounds without assistance.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Ability to stand, sit, or move throughout the workspace for long durations.
• Capability to lift, carry, push, pull, or place objects weighing up to 50 pounds unassisted.
