Overview
This opportunity is with a restaurant owned and operated by Opstad Consolidated Enterprises, Inc., an independent franchisee using McDonald's branding and food products. Note that this franchisee operates as a separate company and employer from McDonald's USA, who is not involved in employment decisions or hiring at this location.
About the Role
The General Manager is accountable for running a profitable restaurant while ensuring compliance with McDonald’s rigorous standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Working alongside leadership, the General Manager sets and pursues business goals with the support of a team of Department Managers, providing coaching and leadership to enhance each department’s performance.
Additionally, the role may involve recruiting and developing Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team for continued success.
What We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a General Manager, preferably in quick service restaurants, or prior McDonald's management experience.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive starting weekly salary ranging from $1,124.20 to $1,200, negotiable based on experience
- Annual salary range of $58,000 to $65,000
