Overview
This role is with an independently owned and operated McDonald’s franchise in Piedmont, AL, separate from McDonald’s USA. Employment matters such as hiring, staffing, and supervision are managed exclusively by the franchise owner, not McDonald’s USA. Candidates should be aware that McDonald’s USA will not be involved in any employment decisions.
This is an opportunity to join a family-run organization offering competitive pay starting at $65,000 annually with monthly bonus potential. Experience with McDonald’s is beneficial. Key Responsibilities
The General Manager leads the restaurant’s operations ensuring profitability and adherence to high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness. Responsibilities include collaborating with leadership to set and achieve performance goals, managing and guiding a team of Department Managers by setting their goals, monitoring progress, and providing coaching to enhance departmental performance. The General Manager also oversees hiring and development of Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team for the future.
Requirements
- Prior experience managing high-volume restaurant locations is strongly preferred.
- Background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail is highly beneficial.
- Must be at least 18 years old to hold a managerial role.
