About the Role

Join Genesis and play a vital role in shaping an innovative energy future for New Zealand. As a Fleet & Property Coordinator, you will support the day-to-day operations of the company’s vehicle fleet and property assets. You will assist the fleet manager by coordinating vehicle servicing, maintenance, supplier relationships, driver onboarding, compliance, and fleet invoicing. Additionally, you will back the property portfolio team with lease management, rates and rent payments, forecasting, and general property coordination duties. This permanent full-time position is based in the Hamilton office, with Auckland as an alternative location.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with fleet administrative activities including vehicle servicing schedules and upkeep.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and service providers efficiently.
  • Coordinate driver onboarding and ensure full compliance with fleet policies.
  • Handle invoicing and payment processes related to fleet services.
  • Support the property team by administering leases, managing rent and rates payments.
  • Provide data analysis and forecasting to aid property portfolio management.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operations across fleet and property functions.

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience in fleet coordination, administration, or operational support roles.
  • Familiarity with property management, lease administration, or facilities coordination is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical abilities and comfort with data reporting.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with processing invoices, purchase orders, and payment reconciliations.
  • Exceptional organizational skills combined with effective communication and stakeholder relationship management.
