Overview

Your Role and Impact

As a fellow in small consulting teams, you will actively contribute by gathering and analyzing data, testing hypotheses, crafting and delivering client recommendations, and collaborating closely with client teams to implement solutions. This program emphasizes continuous skills development supported by frequent coaching from team members including partners, and offers exposure to projects within Ethiopia and potentially other African offices.

Program Structure

The Young Leadership Program is a two-year initiative aimed at transforming talented local graduates into impactful leaders. Successful fellows advance to business analyst positions upon completion.

Candidate Profile

  • Possession of an undergraduate or master's degree with outstanding academic records.
  • Less than one year of uninterrupted work experience across any industry.
  • Demonstrated leadership through extracurricular or professional avenues.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving capabilities.
  • Effective teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Fluency in English and the local language for articulate verbal and written communication of complex concepts.
