Key Responsibilities

• Clean dishware, utensils, and kitchen equipment either by hand or using dishwashers.

• Keep kitchen spaces, tools, and utensils clean and organized.
• Perform floor sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and maintain kitchen safety.
• Sort and dispose of waste according to pickup guidelines.
• Follow sanitation and food safety protocols rigorously.
• Help with receiving and storing incoming deliveries.
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned by kitchen supervisors.

Requirements

• No formal education requirement, although a high school diploma or equivalent is favorable.
• Previous experience working as a dishwasher or similar role considered advantageous.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong focus on cleanliness, hygiene, and detail orientation.
• Physical ability to stand for long durations and lift heavy items such as racks of dishes.
• Basic awareness of sanitation and food safety regulations.
• A cooperative team member with good communication abilities.
