Work Schedule and Location
This is a full-time, on-site role based at 501 Redmond Rd NW, Rome, GA 30165. The schedule involves working two negotiable days weekly and every other weekend, with shifts from 6:00 AM to 8:30 PM. There is no on-call duty required.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily foodservice operations across café, patient services, and sanitation areas to ensure timely delivery, food quality, and cleanliness.
- Assist with food preparation, tray assembly, and meal delivery according to operational demands.
- Uphold sanitation and safety protocols, comply with relevant health regulations, and maintain organized workspaces.
- Engage with patients and customers to collect feedback, address concerns, and enhance satisfaction levels.
- Provide support to team members, including communication and onboarding assistance, fostering a cooperative and service-oriented environment.
Knowledge and Skills
- Basic mathematical skills are required.
- Proficient ability to read, write, and comprehend oral and written instructions in English.
- Effective communication skills in English.
- Competency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint applications.
Education Requirement
High school diploma or equivalent is necessary.
Salary Information
The compensation range is from $14.03 to $22.46 per hour.
