This position is based in Udyog Vihar, Gurugram, with a hybrid working setup that balances office and remote work throughout the week. Position Summary

This role extends beyond conventional classroom teaching to encompass full ownership of academic delivery and content development. The trainer will engage learners from lesson creation through live instruction to assessments, supporting their professional portfolio development and career growth.

Key Duties

• Facilitate dynamic live online classes primarily for the Data Analytics & Generative AI curriculum.
• Clarify complex technical subjects with an emphasis on practicality and structured learning.
• Create session plans targeting clear learning objectives, incorporating demonstrations, exercises, and discussions.
• Design and update curriculum content including presentations, notes, coding notebooks, and practice material, ensuring alignment with current industry standards.
• Develop and manage assignments, quizzes, and comprehensive projects using real-world datasets with relevant evaluation frameworks.
• Provide timely and constructive assessment feedback, monitor learner progress, and offer tailored academic support sessions.
• Guide students in developing professional portfolios, including project documentation and communication skills.
• Produce and deliver free Accelerator program content involving scripting, video recording, and post-production collaboration.
• Continuously review learner feedback and academic materials to enhance program quality and scalability.

Technical Expertise

• Proficient in Python for data analysis.
• Strong working knowledge of SQL and database basics.
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Power BI and/or Tableau for data visualization.
• Knowledgeable in statistics, exploratory data analysis, data cleaning, and transformation.
• Fundamentals of machine learning and generative AI, including prompt engineering and large language models.
• Familiarity with APIs, Jupyter notebooks, Git and GitHub.
• Awareness of advanced tools such as Streamlit, RAG, LangChain, AI agents, workflow automation, and cloud platforms is advantageous.

Candidate Profile

• At least three years of relevant experience in data science, data analytics, AI, technical training, or curriculum design.
• Competence in adapting teaching methods for diverse learner backgrounds and needs.
• Ability to maintain high learner engagement across live sessions and support forums.

Work Schedule and Location

• Hybrid working model: office presence on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Monday; remote work on Sundays.
• Weekly days off: Tuesday and Wednesday.
• Immediate or prompt joining candidates preferred.

Compensation

Annual compensation ranges from ₹400,000 to ₹900,000, depending on experience and skill demonstrated.
