Job Opportunity: Customer Service Representative
We are seeking confident and articulate individuals passionate about providing outstanding customer service to join leading BPO centers located in Gurgaon and Noida. This role involves handling a blended process incorporating both chat and voice communication. The position requires working onsite at the Gurgaon office with rotational shifts and six working days per week.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
- Deliver exceptional customer support via chat and voice interactions.
- Communicate fluently in English and Hindi, both written and verbal, with a language proficiency equivalent to Versant Level 5.
- Adapt to working in rotational shifts and maintain consistent attendance for six working days weekly.
- Commuting to the office location comfortably is necessary.
- Strong customer-oriented attitude to handle queries effectively.
- Ability to thrive and perform well in a fast-paced work environment.
