Job Responsibilities

As a Crew Member, you will be trained to confidently operate at various stations, including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo. Your role will be integral in creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for customers while delivering exceptional service. You'll participate in hand-preparing fresh food every day, without reliance on freezers, microwaves, or can openers.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 16 years
• Genuine enthusiasm and a friendly demeanor
• Strong desire to assist and serve customers and colleagues
• Willingness to learn extensive cooking and restaurant operations
• Effective communication skills in the primary language of the work location
