Work Environment and Requirements

This role requires working in a kitchen that may be hot, noisy, and fast-paced. Staff members are generally required to remain standing for extended periods, handle hot and cold food preparation, utilize kitchen tools such as Chinese cook knives, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
