Role Overview and Responsibilities

As a Cleaning Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring customers have a satisfying shopping experience by engaging positively with them and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. This role requires adherence to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention policies. Flexibility to operate in different store areas supports business needs.

• Exemplify superior customer service standards with both internal colleagues and store visitors.
• Foster a positive work culture grounded in honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Efficiently handle sales transactions including purchases and returns, ensuring accurate change handling.
• Promote store credit and loyalty initiatives to customers.
• Maintain merchandising standards by preparing and arranging merchandise per company guidelines.
• Participate in store upkeep and merchandise recovery throughout the day.
• Keep the sales floor and entire store clean and organized according to company standards.
• Accept and provide constructive feedback to peers and supervisors.
• Comply fully with labor laws, company policies, and store procedures.
• Support efforts in loss prevention and reduction programs.
• Engage actively in safety protocols to sustain a secure shopping environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a starting wage between $13.00 and $13.50 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
