Role Overview

This position entails directly cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining all allocated areas by adhering to established procedures and company/client quality and safety standards. Frequent interactions with clients may be necessary.

Key Responsibilities

• Empty, clean, and damp-wipe waste receptacles; remove waste paper and rubbish to designated disposal locations.
• Vacuum rugs and carpeted spaces; sweep or dust-mop hard flooring; damp-mop or clean spills in offices, lobbies, corridors, stairwells, and public areas.
• Manually dust and clean all office furniture, file cabinets, fixtures, paneling, windowsills, air-conditioning diffusers, wall grilles, and other horizontal surfaces.
• Remove finger marks and smudges from vertical surfaces including doors, doorframes, light switches, private entrance glass, and partitions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of janitor’s closet.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Preferred: Minimum one year of custodial or cleaning experience
