Role Summary

The Butcher position at Avoca involves supporting the Butcher Team by consistently preparing top-quality butcher products to supply various Avoca branches as required, ensuring adherence to internal standards and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and display butcher products precisely following approved recipes and maintaining high standards.
• Comply rigorously with HACCP food safety protocols, internal SOPs, and labeling requirements.
• Produce butcher items for distribution to Avoca stores according to ordering procedures.
• Deliver excellent customer service to both internal teams and external customers.
• Maintain positive relations with suppliers while monitoring quality and pricing closely.
