About Pigment

Pigment is an AI-driven platform revolutionizing business planning and performance management by providing an agile, scalable solution. It integrates people, data, and processes into a single intuitive and feature-rich system that empowers diverse teams—from Finance to HR—to collaboratively build, adjust, and align strategic plans in real time. With more than 600 employees globally across Paris, London, New York, Toronto, San Francisco, and Austin, and nearly $400 million in funding, Pigment was recognized as a Visionary in the 2024 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Financial Planning Software.

Role Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets by achieving defined activity KPIs.
  • Conduct thorough research on assigned accounts to identify key stakeholders, uncover improvement opportunities, and understand challenges to generate interest.
  • Qualify prospects rigorously based on set criteria to create valid sales opportunities, while cultivating and maintaining strong professional relationships.
  • Work closely with marketing, growth, and partnership teams to enhance pipeline development activities.

Mandatory Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Proven history of strong work ethic and consistent overachievement of goals.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within SaaS sales, financial services, or consulting industries.
  • Proficiency using Salesforce, Outreach or SalesLoft, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive pay structure with an OTE of $80,000 CAD.
  • Generous leave policies including ample vacation and parental leave to support work-life balance.
  • Annual company offsite gatherings and modern office locations in major cities such as New York, Toronto, Paris, London, and San Francisco.
  • Access to premium work equipment contingent on stock and availability.

Work Culture and Values

  • Emphasize teamwork as essential for success, prioritizing collective goals over individual gain.
  • Continuous pursuit of excellence and ambition in daily tasks to build a passionate community around Pigment.
  • Encourage proactive behavior and learning from actions to advance organizational mission.
  • Maintain humility and openness to feedback, fostering an empathetic and supportive environment.
  • Lead with customer empathy, delivering clarity and solutions to make clients successful in complex situations.
