Job Overview
Supro Info Solutions Private Limited is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) based in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, India. The primary focus of this role is to lead the expansion of the company's insurance advisory network and accelerate sales growth through effective team management.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard new insurance advisers to expand the team strength.
- Drive business growth by leveraging the adviser network to generate increased sales revenue.
- Lead, inspire, and manage the team of advisers to consistently meet or surpass sales targets.
- Conduct ongoing training sessions and provide continuous guidance and support to advisers to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Monitor adviser performance regularly to ensure consistent achievement and overall business expansion.
Remuneration
The position offers a monthly salary ranging from INR 18,000 to INR 27,000.
