MOTOR Ai is on a mission to enable autonomous driving in Germany by developing Europe's first certifiable Level-4 autonomy system. Since 2017, our multidisciplinary team has been collaborating to shape the future of mobility.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries professionally and prepare comprehensive business cases and compelling pitch decks independently.
• Manage and execute structured go-to-market strategies for our products and solutions.
• Develop and implement scaling processes focused on maximizing vehicle market presence.
• Communicate technically complex products clearly to diverse audiences.
• Establish and maintain long-term partnerships with various stakeholders.
• Design, plan, and lead interactive workshops with clients and partners autonomously.
• Prepare contract documents thoroughly and bring them to signature readiness.

Qualifications

• Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in business-related fields (e.g., Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics).
• Minimum five years of relevant experience in Business Development and B2B sales, ideally within automotive or IT sectors.
• Strong understanding and enthusiasm for technical aspects in automotive and software industries.
• Proven ability to approach tasks analytically, data-driven, and process-oriented, showing reliability and substance.
• High determination to successfully close deals and drive projects to completion.
• Excellent networking skills with the ability to engage with diverse interlocutors empathetically and appropriately.
• Willingness to travel frequently to support partners and clients on-site.
• Fluent in German (C2 level) and English (C1 level), both spoken and written.
