Paradigm IT Private Limited is a company specializing in civil and structural engineering services based in Kochi, Kerala. Managed by certified civil and structural engineers from India and Europe, the company delivers services including structural design, detailing of concrete reinforcements and structural steel, Building Information Modeling (BIM), and pre-construction CAD services.
Position Overview
The role is for a BIM Modeler reporting directly to the Director. The engagement is full-time and based at the Kochi office.
Responsibilities & Requirements
- Possess over three years of professional experience using Revit Structure software.
- Demonstrate exposure to infrastructure projects such as quay walls, tunnels, bridges, and stations.
- Exhibit strong technical acumen along with proficient communication abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Navisworks and clash detection processes.
- Competency in AutoCAD software.
- Practical knowledge of BIM methodologies.
