Job Overview
The BAS Engineer will be an integral member of the on-site project team, operating within the client's Execution Systems group alongside Cognizant personnel. The role centers around supporting automation projects and providing ongoing maintenance for building automation systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive support for automation projects, including coding, design, testing, and Installation, Operation, and Qualification (IOQ) activities.
- Maintain and support on-site Building Automation Systems, specifically Honeywell QBAS and NQBAS platforms.
- Initiate, implement, and validate proactive site modifications and projects to enhance operations.
- Coordinate various tasks effectively to ensure prompt, high-quality project completion.
- Prepare and submit detailed monthly progress reports outlining completed tasks and support provided.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of five years’ experience in automation within a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulated environment.
- Proven expertise working with Honeywell automation systems.
