Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
As an Assistant Manager, you will support the operation of a single store, overseeing hiring, managing, and directing staff to meet financial objectives while delivering outstanding customer experiences. Success in your store is your responsibility. To set you up for achievement, a training program lasting three weeks or more will be provided.

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Flexibility to relocate within 50 miles of your home if needed
- Availability for varied schedules, including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays according to business demands
- Food Safety certification such as Serve Safe
Work Environment and Physical Requirements
This role requires working in a fast-paced kitchen environment with high temperatures, exposure to steam and food vapors, and noise. Employees must be able to stand for extended periods (up to four hours), lift up to 50 pounds, and handle kitchen equipment. Effective communication skills and adaptability are essential, as is the ability to manage conflict in a dynamic setting.

Compensation Details
The hourly pay range is $24.50 to $27.50, with actual pay determined by factors such as work location and experience. Bonus programs are discretionary and may be modified or terminated at any time without notice.
