About The Role
Join Dyno Nobel as an Assembly Operator in Toowoomba, Queensland. We seek individuals eager to learn and contribute to an inclusive, safe, and high-performing team environment. This role involves assembling quality explosive products using advanced fixed plant equipment, supporting our leadership in the industry.
Responsibilities
- Support our Zero Harm safety culture through positive engagement
- Assemble explosive products accurately and to high standards
- Identify and suggest improvements to plant operations to enhance safety, productivity, and quality while minimizing waste
- Maintain accurate documentation and promptly report any quality issues
- Keep work areas, including break rooms and kitchens, clean and safe
What You'll Bring

- Willingness to learn and adapt by training on new equipment and procedures to meet production goals
- Ability to obtain Queensland Explosives Security Clearance (includes national police check)
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills, with effective communication abilities
- Valid current driver’s license
Working Conditions and Benefits
- Annual salary of $58,000 plus shift allowance and 12% superannuation based on 38 hours per week
- Full-time afternoon shift from 3pm to 11pm, Monday to Friday
