About the Internship

This internship involves assisting with various recruitment activities at Gigde Global Solutions Private Limited, a company known for creating inspiring and positive content across four brands: Techsunk, Fitmist, Menskool, and The Voice of Woman.

Key Duties

• Assist in drafting and publishing job ads on multiple platforms to attract suitable applicants.
• Evaluate resumes and applications to shortlist candidates who fulfill the job criteria.
• Arrange interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.
• Keep the applicant tracking system up to date with candidate data and recruitment progress.
• Facilitate onboarding by preparing documents and liaising with new employees.
• Perform initial candidate outreach and follow-ups to improve recruitment engagement.
• Contribute to recruitment strategy discussions and team meetings.
• Support recruitment administration including data entry and database management.

Eligibility and Requirements

• Open to candidates available for a full-time, in-office internship.
• Start date must be between August 28, 2026, and October 2, 2026.
• Commitment to a six-month internship tenure.
• Possess relevant skills and interests in recruitment and communication.

Compensation and Perks

• Monthly stipend ranging from INR 17,000 to 25,000, with a fixed component of INR 15,000 to 20,000 plus incentives between INR 2,000 and 5,000.
• Certificate awarded upon completion.
• Flexibility in work hours.
