Internship Overview
This internship position involves engaging with potential clients through various communication channels to understand their needs and support sales operations effectively within a cloud communication platform environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Executing inbound and outbound communication including calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to identify and comprehend client requirements.
- Screening prospective leads, updating and managing detailed data in HubSpot CRM, facilitating follow-ups, and organizing demonstration or discovery sessions for the sales team.
- Collaborating with marketing to document lead intelligence, address objections, contribute to nurturing campaigns, and coordinate tasks with internal stakeholders.
Candidate Eligibility
- Applicants must be able to work remotely and commit to a six-month period.
- Ability to start between August 14, 2026, and September 18, 2026.
- Possession of skills and enthusiasm relevant to sales and client engagement roles.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
- Students or graduates in Business, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or related fields are highly recommended.
- Prior internship or project experience in sales, business development, inside sales, telecalling, or customer interaction roles is favored.
- Experience using HubSpot, Notion, Slack, Lusha, Wati, or similar CRM and sales automation tools is a plus.
Compensation Details
- Monthly fixed stipend between ₹14,999 and ₹15,000.
- Additional incentive payment of ₹1 to ₹2 per month.
