Internship Overview
This position involves supporting the recruitment process remotely by identifying and engaging potential candidates for open positions at UK-based companies. The internship offers a flexible work schedule with a requirement to work afternoons to evenings IST to coincide with UK business hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and source suitable candidates through LinkedIn and other online channels for various job openings.
- Evaluate candidate profiles carefully to match job criteria.
- Communicate professionally with prospective candidates to present available job offers.
- Maintain an organized record of candidate information and outreach efforts.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to arrange candidate interviews when necessary.
- Ensure consistent follow-up and communication with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.

- Must be able to work remotely from home.
- Availability during 1:30 pm to 9:30 pm Indian Standard Time (to align with 9:00 am to 5:00 pm GMT).
